Realtime Distribution was acquired in 2006 and the company subsequently merged with VIP UK in 2013. In 2011, VIP acquired CMS Computers, manufacturer of the hugely popular ‘Zoostorm’ and ‘Stormforce’ PC brands to the UK market.
